Volunteer Sign-Up (STUDENTS)

In keeping with scripture (Thessalonians 5:12, Acts 20:28, 1 Peter 5:2), for the safety of our children, and the well-being of our congregation, we conduct a background check for all student volunteers. These results will be kept strictly confidential and will be used only for the purpose of determining the applicant’s suitability for serving at Solid Rock Church. Following your completion of this Volunteer Application, you will receive an email from us that will contain instructions for you to complete your background check. At this point, background checks are not transferable from other organizations. After the completion of the background check, the results are shared with the appropriate ministry leader. We understand that prior to your life in Christ, you may have been involved in activities that you are not proud of. Remember that Christians have been made new creations in Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit; the old is gone and the new has come. While a background check is an important part of our administrative process, we want you to know that this information will be kept in strict confidence.
